Local Restaurants & Places to Eat around East Leake

Ferrari's Trattoria

4 High St, Quorn, Loughborough LE12 8DT, UK – 01509 412191

I love this place, one of our family favourites. Menu hasn't changed in the 10 years we've been going but all food is still excellent

This is a beautiful restaurant in the village of Quorn, Leicestershire. On entry we were invited to sit down to free nuts an olives whilst the waiter takes our drinks order. The waiter handed everyone a menu and talked everyone through the specials broad in beautiful Italian and of course English. After taking our food order we were guided to our tables. For starters I had the homemade chicken liver pattè. Mains I had a delicious fillet steak in spicy tomato sauce. The atmosphere inside is warm an welcoming and it gets busy really quick so I advise to book ahead. This is my second visit to this restaurant and in my opinion it’s one of the best in Leicestershire. I will definitely be coming here again.

La Gondola Ristorante Pizzeria

35A Ashby Rd, Loughborough LE11 3AA, UK – 01509 236467

Went here for my mother in law's 70th birthday. The staff were extremely welcoming and attentive. Lovely, cosy atmosphere. They let us bring in our own cake and made my mother-in-law's birthday a truly memorable one. Beautiful food, especially the home made pasta and the special calzone. Would highly recommend

Great food, great service, great price.

Caravelli

The Old Manor, 11-12 Sparrow Hill, Loughborough LE11 1BT, UK – 01509 211228

We went there for a meal and I have to say the service was amazing from the staff. The food was also very tasty. Would definitely recommend eating here.

The food is fantastic, easily the best in Loughborough. I had fried goats cheese with a caramalised apple and balsamic sauce, I would thoroughly recommend this dish! The staff were brilliant too, not too pushy like some places, excellent service.
